Energ Pain Relief Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away on New Street, right off Valluvakottam High Road in Nungambakkam. It is at No. 3. If you are familiar with Nungambakkam, you know the traffic can be a real headache, but our street is a little bit quieter than the main road. We focus on physiotherapy here. We have some basic exercise equipment and some tables for the treatments. Most people come to see us because they have back pain or they are recovering from some kind of injury or surgery. It is not a fancy gym, just a place to get your exercises done and get some help with muscle pain. The room can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have fans and a small AC unit to keep it comfortable. We have been at this Nungambakkam location for a while now. We do not have a lot of staff, usually just one or two of us working with patients. We try to keep things relaxed and friendly. You do not need to wear anything special, just comfortable clothes that you can move in. Sometimes we have music playing in the background to make it feel less clinical and more like a home. We do not do any big advertising campaigns or anything. Most of our patients are people who live or work nearby and heard about us from a friend. We just take it one patient at a time and do what we can. It is a simple setup for people who need help moving better.
