Ags Physio Clinic

Ags Physio Clinic is on N.M. Road in Avadi, right inside the Bohra Eye Hospital complex. It is a small space, but we have enough room for the tables and the machines we use for therapy. Usually, you will hear the sound of the ultrasound machine or the pulleys clicking while people do their exercises. It is not a fancy place with leather couches; we have simple chairs and a lot of posters on the walls showing how the muscles work. People come in with all sorts of aches, some from sports and some just from getting older. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving around and showing patients how to do their stretches correctly. Since we are in the same complex as the eye hospital, we see a lot of people passing by the window. The traffic on N.M. Road is usually pretty loud, but we have a fan that hums in the background to drown some of it out. We keep a schedule on a big paper calendar by the door. Sometimes we run a bit behind if a session takes longer than we thought it would, but people are generally patient. It is a local clinic, and we know many of our neighbors who stop by. We just try to help folks move a bit better so they can get back to their daily routines without too much trouble.
