Arivu Physiotheraphy Center

Our center is located over on Arcot Road in the Karambakkam area. We are right on the 1st street, and if you find the A B T Parcel Service, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a convenient spot for people living in Porur. We focus on physiotherapy, so the space is mostly filled with mats, balls, and some basic exercise equipment. It’s not a gym, but it looks a bit like one in some corners. We spend our time helping people move better. Whether it's a back problem or an old injury, we just get to work on it. The atmosphere is usually pretty relaxed here. We don't wear fancy uniforms, just comfortable clothes we can move around in. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when several people are doing their exercises at once. We talk to our visitors like regular people because that’s what we are. There’s no corporate script here. We just listen to what hurts and try to find a way to make it better. Most of our clients come from word of mouth around Porur. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen all kinds of situations. We just take it day by day. If the door is open, we’re usually inside helping someone out with their stretches or exercises. It’s a simple way to spend the day, and it keeps us busy enough.
