Vinus Physio Therapy Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away at No. 12 on 3rd Cross Street. We are inside the Ashtalakshmi Flats in Teachers Colony. It is a bit of a specific location, near Medimart in Kasthuribai Nagar, Adyar. Most people find us by looking for the Medimart first. Vinus Physio Therapy Clinic isn't a massive center with fifty employees. It is a smaller, more personal space where we do a lot of hands-on work. The rooms are filled with things like exercise balls, bands, and benches. It feels a bit like a home gym but more medical. Because we are in the flats, it has a very domestic feel. You can hear the neighbors occasionally, and the light comes in through the windows in the afternoon. We spend a lot of time helping people move better. It’s a lot of physical effort, both for us and for the people who come to see us. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge with a TV. We just have a few chairs and some water. People come here to do the work, get their treatment, and head back out into the Adyar traffic. We know the regulars by their first names and their specific aches. It is a simple life here in the Teachers Colony. We focus on the stretches and the movements, keeping things practical and grounded. No corporate talk, just real help for real people.
