Vignesha Marbles

We have our shop at No 1944 on the 18th Main Road in Anna Nagar. This part of Chennai is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Marbles are what we have here, and they take up most of our floor space. It’s quite a heavy business, literally. We spend hours looking at grains and colors on different slabs. People come in from the neighborhood mostly, wanting to see what’s new or what would look okay in their kitchens. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a door and some large windows showing the stone. Inside, it’s a bit cooler because of all the marble around. We try to keep things organized, but when a big shipment comes in, things get a bit chaotic for a day or two. Anna Nagar is a nice place to work. There are plenty of spots to grab lunch nearby, and the regulars often stop by just to say hello even if they aren't buying anything that day. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just us here, making sure the orders are correct and that the stone is handled carefully. It is hard work but it's what we know. The 18th Main Road can get jammed with cars, but we find our way through it. It's just a typical local business day for everyone.
