Ventures International

Ventures International is located at 21, Saradha Nagar in Virugambakkam. It’s more of a residential-feeling area, which makes the work day feel a bit more relaxed. Our office is a simple setup on the ground floor. We mostly handle international trade stuff, but without all the corporate nonsense you might expect. It’s just a few rooms filled with files and some computers that are getting a bit old. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage. The street outside is usually lined with trees, so it’s not too hot in the shade. We spend our mornings responding to messages from different time zones. It can get a bit confusing with the hours, but we manage. Sometimes the internet goes out when there's a heavy storm, and we just have to wait it out. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just try to be honest with the people we work with. Most of our clients have been with us for years. They know we’re just regular people working out of a quiet street in Virugambakkam. There’s a tea stall at the corner where we usually go when we need a break. It’s a steady life, and we’re happy with how things are going. We don’t need much more than a functional desk and a clear list of things to do. That is enough for us to keep going.
