Abc Impex

If you look for 13 Nathamuni Street in Annanagar, you’ll find us. Abc Impex is basically just a few of us working out of this space. It’s a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the day. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails because that’s the nature of what we do. Shipping and moving things around involves a lot of waiting. There’s always some paperwork that needs filing or a box that needs checking. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have a couple of desks, some shelves that are usually too full, and a tea kettle that gets a lot of use. We’ve been in Annanagar for some time and like it here. It feels like a real community. Some days are really quiet and other days everyone is rushing around trying to meet a deadline. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us before. It’s a straightforward business. We deal with the logistics and the stuff that happens behind the scenes. Sometimes there are delays at the port or things get stuck, and we have to figure it out. It’s just part of the daily grind. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep things moving and stay busy. It is what it is.
