We are Aishwarya Consolidates Pvt Ltd, located at number 6 on Saibaba Colony 3rd Cross Street in Virugambakkam. It’s a relatively quiet street compared to the main roads of Chennai, which we appreciate. The office is in a spot that feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a cold business district. We have some trees nearby that give a little shade, though the humidity still gets to us. Our daily life here involves a lot of coordination. The desks are usually covered with folders and ledgers because we still like having things on paper sometimes. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you’re answering the phone and the next you’re checking a shipment in the back. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles that don't mean much. We just know what needs to be done each morning. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes brought from home or picked up from a nearby mess. We’ve been in Virugambakkam for a good stretch of time and have seen the colony grow up around us. It’s a comfortable place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a steady pace, and that’s how we like to keep it.
