Adam Fishing Material Company

Adam Fishing Material Company is located on Angappa Naicken Street. The address system here can be a bit confusing because we have a new number, which is 257, and an old one, 125/2. Most people still use the old one to find us, but both work eventually. We have been in this area for a long time, selling all sorts of materials for fishing. It’s a busy street with lots of trade going on all day long. Our shop is packed with different items, from hooks to lines and everything else you might need out on the water. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We get a lot of regulars who have been coming to us for years. They like that we are just a regular shop without any of that corporate stuff. We talk to people, hear their stories about the sea, and help them find the right gear. The building is old, like most of the others on this street, and it has that specific smell of salt and plastic that you find in fishing shops. We don't really do any advertising. People just find us by word of mouth or by walking past. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it works for us. We just keep the shelves stocked and the doors open for whoever needs fishing supplies. Angappa Naicken Street is our home and we like it here.
