Venkateswara Hospitals

We are located at 36-A Chamiers Road in Nandanam, which is a pretty well-known part of Chennai. If you know the area, you know how much traffic passes by our doors every single day. It’s a busy road, and we’ve been part of this landscape for a good while now. Inside, it’s a bit different from the noise outside. We have our wards and rooms set up for people who need to stay over. The staff here works in shifts, so there is always someone around, whether it is three in the afternoon or three in the morning. We deal with a lot of different medical stuff, and the doctors are always coming and going between their rounds. It’s not a fancy place with modern art on the walls, just a functional hospital where we try to get things right. The heat in Chennai can be a lot, so we keep the fans and cooling going as much as possible to keep everyone comfortable. Patients come from all over the city, and sometimes from further away too. We spend a lot of time talking to families in the hallways. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours for everyone involved. We just keep going, day after day, trying to help the people who walk through our doors. That’s pretty much how it is here on Chamiers Road. We just do the work and try to keep things moving.
