Deepam Hospital

Deepam Hospital is situated on Sydenhams Rd in Vadapalani. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something happening right outside our front doors. We’re a local medical spot where people come when they are feeling sick or have an emergency to deal with. The building has been here for quite a while. It’s not like those massive, shiny corporate hospitals you see in magazines. It’s a bit more crowded and feels a lot more personal to us. Our nurses and doctors are usually running around from room to room all day long. We try to keep things organized, but in a hospital, things can get a little messy and fast. People from all over Vadapalani walk in at all hours of the night. We see a lot of families waiting in the halls together. The benches are a little old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint eventually, but the machines work fine and that’s what really matters. We don’t have a big marketing department writing fancy brochures for us. We just focus on the people who are right in front of us. Sydenhams Rd can be a total nightmare for parking, which is something we have to deal with every single day. We’re just a group of health workers doing our jobs in this neighborhood. Most of us grew up in Chennai. We know the people here. It is just a regular hospital.
