This specific office is tucked away at 22/11 Muthiyal Street in the Little Mount area of Saidapet. It’s a busy little corner of Chennai. We do a lot of the background work here that keeps things moving for the hospital. The street outside is always full of activity, which is typical for Saidapet. Inside, it’s a lot of paperwork and coordinating things. Thabassum handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff here. It’s not a big hospital ward with beds, but more of a place where the administrative side of things gets handled. We have people coming in and out all day with documents and questions. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic from the main road nearby, but we’re used to it. We try to stay organized, even though the sheer volume of work can be a lot at times. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files. Working in healthcare means there’s always something urgent happening. We just take it one step at a time and try not to get overwhelmed. The building is an older style, typical of this part of Chennai. We’ve been here for a while and have a rhythm to our days. It’s just about getting the job done so the patients and the doctors have what they need from our side. It is a practical, hardworking atmosphere every day and we stay focused on that.
