We are located in Velachery, right in the Professional Enclave on Karikalan Street. It’s on the second floor, specifically Plot No.108 Sf-1. This part of Chennai has changed a lot lately, and it's getting much busier with every passing year. Our work here involves helping folks who are coming to India to get their medical treatments done. There is a whole lot of paperwork involved with that kind of thing. We spend most of our time on the phone or sitting at the computer responding to emails from people in different countries. It’s not always the easiest job, especially trying to coordinate everything between the doctors and the patients, but we manage to get it done. The office is usually full of files and folders piled up. We don’t really have a big, fancy reception area. It’s more of a functional workspace where we can just focus on the tasks. We chose this spot because it’s relatively easy for people to reach from the airport. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is having one of its bad days, which happens once in a while. We like being here in Annai Indira Nagar. It feels like a real community with regular people. We’ve helped many families who are just trying to get their health back. We don’t use fancy brochures or try to sell anything. We just talk to people and help them out.
