We have been operating out of No. 55 2Nd Cross Street in Kathirvedu for quite some time now. Running a hospital supply business like Elite Hospital Supplies keeps our small team pretty busy most days. People around the Puzhal area usually find their way to us when they are looking for specific medical gear or just basic stuff for their local clinics. It is not a fancy setup here by any means. It is just a regular place where we keep the shelves stocked and try to stay organized. Some days are much quieter than others, but mostly we are just here making sure the orders go out to the right people. I think our regulars like that we are just a local spot. Dealing with medical equipment can be a real headache sometimes, so we try to keep things as straightforward as we can. We do not have a big corporate office or a floor full of managers. It is just the staff here on 2Nd Cross Street doing the day-to-day work. Sometimes the deliveries show up late or the phone won't stop ringing, but that is just how it goes in this trade. We know a lot of the doctors and clinic workers around here by their first names. It is a practical business. We focus on getting the right items moved to the right place without making a big production out of it. If someone needs a specific part, we just check the back.
