It’s a lot of cleaning tanks and checking temperatures. Brewing takes a lot of patience, more than most people realize. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, we just want to make stuff that tastes right. The building on Spurtank Road is nothing special to look at, just a functional space for brewing. We have a small team here. Everyone does a bit of everything, from moving heavy sacks to washing the floors at the end of the night. It gets hot in the summer, which makes the work tougher, but we have our routines. We don't do big fancy ads. Usually, people hear about us from someone else. It's a slow process, making things this way. We like the neighborhood, even with all the noise from the road. Sometimes we sit outside for a break when things are quiet. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking a gauge or organizing the storage room. We just take it one day at a time and try to get the details right without making a big fuss about it. We stay busy and that is fine by us. It's just how we operate.
