Valar Physiotherapy Clinic

Valar Physiotherapy Clinic is tucked away at 132 T H Road in Kaladipet. We’re really close to the Kaladipet Market and the Pushpa Hotel, so there is always a lot of movement and noise around here. Most of the people who come in are locals from Tiruvottiyur who have some kind of ache or pain that won't go away. We spend a lot of time helping people move their arms or legs better, especially after they’ve had an injury or if they’re just getting older and stiff. The clinic isn't very large, but we have enough space for the mats and the machines we use for the treatments. You can usually hear the sounds of the market outside while we’re working. It’s a very local feel here. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that, just the basic stuff needed to help people feel a bit better. Sometimes people stop in after they finish their shopping at the market because they remembered their back was hurting. We’ve been in this part of Tiruvottiyur for a bit, so we see a lot of familiar faces from the neighborhood. It’s just a straightforward place for physiotherapy. We try to keep things relaxed because coming in for treatment can be a bit stressful for some people. We’re just here on T H Road, doing what we can for the folks in Kaladipet. It gets busy on market days, but we manage just fine.
