Vaasa Physiotherapy Clinic

We have been here at T.N. Complex on the main road in Anna Nagar West Extension for a while now. It is a busy spot but we like it. Most days involve helping folks get back on their feet after an injury or just dealing with old aches that won't go away. We have got various machines and weights around the clinic to help with exercises. It is not a fancy place but we keep things tidy and functional. My staff and I spend a lot of time showing people how to move better so they can go back to their jobs or just walk to the shops without pain. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially being on the main road, but inside we focus on the work. We see people from all over the neighborhood, some who have lived here for decades and others just moving in. It is pretty straightforward work, really. We just look at what is hurting and try to find a way to fix it through movement and some physical therapy techniques. We don't make big promises, we just do the daily sessions and hope to see some improvement each week. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the complex, easy to find if you know where the 23 8 block is. We just try to be a helpful part of the community here. It's a living, really.
