We are located at 1-B on Umapathy Street Extension in West Mambalam. This part of the city is always buzzing with people and bikes. Our office is a small space, but we make it work for us. We have been here since the beginning, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. There’s a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. Everything we have is there because we need it to get the job done. The walls are covered with calendars and some old photos. We start our day early before the heat gets too bad. Usually, the first thing we do is check the mail and see what came in overnight. We handle a lot of small details every day, and it can be easy to lose track if we aren't careful. We don't really have a big public face. Most of our work is done behind the scenes, just coordinating things and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone. Sometimes we take a break and get some tiffin from the place around the corner. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We just keep at it because it’s what we know how to do.
