Univfos Upskill India Private Limited is based out of Apartment No. 8153 inside TVH Lumbini Square. It’s right there on Bricklin Road in Purasawakkam, which is a pretty well-known spot if you spend any time in Chennai. Being in a large apartment complex means there’s always people coming and going, and we’re just one part of that daily rush. Our work focuses on upskilling, so the office usually has people sitting around computers or talking through different training modules. It’s not a huge space, but it fits what we do perfectly. We try to keep things organized, though papers sometimes pile up when we get busy with a new set of learners. The view from the square is okay, but most of the time we are just looking at screens or helping someone figure out a new skill they are trying to learn. Living and working in Purasawakkam means you get used to the traffic on Bricklin Road, but once you’re inside the building, it’s a lot quieter. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there; we just want to make sure the folks who come to us actually get something useful out of their time. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, do the training work, and head home like everyone else in the building. It’s a practical way to run a business in a busy city like this.
