We are located at No. 29 on Jawaharlal Nehru Road. If you’ve ever walked down this street, you know how busy it gets. Our place is usually full of people bringing in phones with cracked screens or batteries that won’t charge. There are tools scattered all over the workbenches. Tiny screws, screwdrivers, and magnifying glasses are everywhere. It’s a bit messy, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend most of the day hunched over these little devices. Sometimes we are teaching people how to fix things themselves, and other times we are just doing the repairs. It takes a lot of patience to work on such small parts. The shop isn’t very big, so it gets crowded quickly. You can hear the noise from the road outside even when the door is shut. We don’t really bother with any marketing or big advertisements. Most people find us because they were walking by or someone told them about us. It’s just a practical place for people who have phone problems. We work until the sun goes down and then we lock up. It’s a good feeling when someone walks out with a phone that finally works again. We just keep doing what we do, one phone at a time, every single day here at Institute Of Cellphone Solutions. The work is tedious but it keeps us going through the week.
