I Iead Institute

The I Iead Institute is found at 122 T.V.K. Nagar in Sembiam, which is part of the Perambur area in Chennai. It’s a busy part of the city with lots of people always on the move. We’ve been operating out of this building for a while now. Inside, it’s mostly classrooms and small offices where we help people learn new things. We don’t have fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place to study and get work done. The noise from the street outside can be a bit much sometimes, especially when the buses go by, but you get used to it after a few days. Our staff consists of people who actually know their subjects and don't just read from a script. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed because people learn better when they aren't stressed out. The neighborhood around T.V.K. Nagar is full of little shops where we grab our lunch or a quick tea. We don't spend money on big advertisements, so we rely on people in Chennai knowing who we are and what we do. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on the students who come through the door and try to give them what they need to move forward in their careers. It’s just how things are at I Iead Institute.
