Kaizen International

Kaizen International is based right at No. 66/48 Muthumari Chetty Street in the Broadway area. If you’ve ever been to Broadway, you know how packed and busy it gets with people and shops everywhere. Our place is no different. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside with all the stock we keep, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time dealing with shipments and checking through invoices. It's a lot of back-and-forth communication with different people. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a regular workspace with old desks and a lot of ledgers. Sometimes the street outside is so loud we can barely hear the phone ring, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while and we like being in the middle of all the action. We don't really do anything fancy here. We just handle our business and try to keep things moving. There is always a lot of tea drinking and talking with the neighbors during the slower parts of the day. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't use much technology beyond what we absolutely need. Most of our work is done through handshakes and phone calls. That’s just how we’ve always operated here on Muthumari Chetty Street. We’re just regular people doing our daily jobs in a busy part of town.
