We are located in the K P Complex, specifically at number 2 on Mohammed Hussain Sahib Street. This is just off Mount Road, which everyone knows is one of the busiest and oldest parts of the city. Being in a complex means we have neighbors all around us, and it’s always a bit of a squeeze when shipments arrive. Our shop, Universal Tools & Engineering, is exactly what the name suggests. We keep a lot of engineering tools and supplies in stock. The shelves are quite high and reach all the way to the ceiling, filled with boxes of different sizes. It’s not a place where everything is perfectly organized or labeled with fancy tags. We know where things are, and that’s what matters when a customer is waiting. The street outside is narrow and can get quite congested with bikes and pedestrians. Mount Road traffic is always a constant hum in the background. We have a small desk where we do our billing and a couple of stools for when we want to sit down for a minute. We’ve been here for a good while, and the K P Complex feels like a second home to us. We don't have any polished speeches or brochures. We just talk to people, show them the tools we have, and help them find what they need for their engineering projects. It is a simple, local business.
