Preci-Com Cnc

Preci-Com Cnc is located at K-11 and K-19 in the Ambattur Industrial Estate. We have been working out of these two units for quite some time now. Ambattur is a huge area for manufacturing and we are right in the middle of it. Our units are filled with CNC machines that run for most of the day. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but you have to keep a close eye on everything. The heat in the estate can be quite something during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. We have a small crew of operators who know these machines inside out. The floor is usually covered in metal chips and coolant, which is just part of the job. We don't have a lobby or a fancy entrance. You just walk through the main shutters and you're in the workshop. We handle a lot of small batch orders for various clients. Being in two different units, K-11 and K-19, means we are often moving back and forth between them. It keeps us on our feet. The industrial estate has a very specific feel to it, with trucks moving in and out all the time. We don't spend much time on anything other than the production. It’s a basic setup that focuses on getting the parts out the door. We like the grit of the place and the steady work.
