Periyar Nagar is where we are based, specifically on Vetri Poo Street at number 51. It’s a decent area, though the street can get a bit congested during the morning rush. We do a lot of calibration work here. The benches are usually covered in instruments and small tools. It’s a bit of a technical mess, but we know where everything is kept. The light coming through the front window is good for the fine work we do. We don’t really have a big sign outside, just the name. Most people who come to us are regulars or they’ve heard about us from someone else in the trade. We’ve got a small back room where we keep the heavier equipment. The walls are painted a dull color and haven’t been touched in years. We drink a lot of coffee while we check the gauges. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we just wait it out. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just doing the jobs as they come in. Vetri Poo Street is a quiet enough place most of the time. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The local shops know us. It’s just a regular engineering spot where we spend our days.
