Flamemax Engineering

Flamemax Engineering is located at No. 316/2 in the Trisool Apartments on Jaganathan Salai. It’s right there in Periyar Nagar. It’s a bit of an interesting spot for an engineering outfit since it’s in an apartment complex, but we’ve made the space work for us. Most of the time, you’ll find us surrounded by drawings and technical manuals. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and figuring out how things are going to be built. We don't have a giant factory floor right here, so it’s more of a quiet, focused environment. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try to keep things respectful. Jaganathan Salai can get pretty busy with people going about their business. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know who we are. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the files and equipment we have to keep around. We aren't trying to be some high-end firm with a glass lobby. It’s just a standard office where the real engineering work happens. We handle our own calls and manage the paperwork ourselves. When things get busy, we just stay late and finish what needs to be done. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We like being in Periyar Nagar because it’s a familiar place and everything we need is just around the corner. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we do every day.
