Uinversal Stones

If you head down to Nerkundram, you can find Uinversal Stones at No. 7-A on Karur Nigar Street. It is a bit of a dusty business, honestly. We deal with various types of stones and materials every single day. The yard is usually full of slabs and crates. It’s heavy work, and our hands are always rough from handling the inventory. We’ve been on Karur Nigar Street for a good while. It’s not a fancy part of town, but it’s where we belong. We don't have a polished sales team or anything like that. When people come by, they usually talk directly to me or one of the guys working the yard. We just show them what we have and tell them the price. The weather really affects us because most of our work is outside or in open sheds. When it rains, everything gets muddy and slow. We try our best to keep things moving though. We aren't a giant corporation, just a local stone yard trying to do right by the people who buy from us. Some days are better than others, especially when a big shipment arrives. We don't spend time on fancy websites. We just stay here at the shop and wait for the next customer to walk in. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Dealing with heavy slabs is just part of the daily routine here at the yard.
