You can find us in Nandanam, right on Chamiers Road. We occupy the third floor of the Nithya Building at number 127. It’s a solid location in Chennai, though the traffic around here can be a real headache during rush hour. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are just focused on the skill development work we do inside. The office is laid out simply with rooms for different training sessions. It isn’t a polished corporate suite, just a place with desks, chairs, and people trying to learn something new to help their jobs. We deal with a lot of different skill sets and try to help people get practical knowledge they can actually use. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. The Nithya Building itself is easy enough to spot if you are looking for it. We spend most of our day coordinating classes and talking to people who want to improve their career prospects. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t go in for big displays or fancy marketing materials. We just provide the space and the resources for people to work on their skills. Living and working in Chennai means dealing with the heat and the crowds, but we like being in Nandanam because it is so central for everyone coming in and trying to better themselves.
