The street is always full of people moving things back and forth, and it gets pretty loud during the middle of the day. We’ve been at this location for a good while, and the walls are a bit scuffed from all the boxes we move around. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a polished lobby, but it works for what we need. We spend our time managing the details that come with this kind of work. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Sometimes the heat in the office gets to us, especially in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the list. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a handful of us who show up every morning and stay until the work is finished. We know most of the other shop owners on the street, and we often step out for a quick break to grab something to eat nearby.
