We are located over in Ayanambakkam, tucked away behind Apollo Hospital. If you head into the Kashthuri Industrial Estate, you’ll find us at Ponniaman Nagar. It’s a bit of a dusty area because of all the small factories and workshops nearby. Our building is at No 2 on Ponniamman Koil Street. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but we like it here. It’s quiet enough for us to get our design work done at T2T Designs. We have some heavy desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. The air conditioning struggles a bit when the Chennai sun is at its worst in the afternoon. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on our projects. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't really need to say much to get things moving. There is a lot of movement in the industrial estate with trucks and bikes coming and going. We often see the staff from the hospital walking by during their lunch breaks. It’s a very practical part of town. No one here is trying to be fancy. We just show up, do the work that’s on the table, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a steady routine that keeps us grounded in this part of Chennai. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and keep going when it’s back.
