We are located at 861 Viduthalai Nagar in the S Kolathur area. It’s a pretty straightforward location to find if you are in this part of town. The building is a decent size and has been here for a while, showing its age a bit in the corners. We aren't a massive multi-chain hospital with a shiny glass front, just a local one serving the people in Viduthalai Nagar and the surrounding streets. We have a mix of staff, some who have been here since the beginning and some newer faces who are still learning the ropes. The lobby has a few rows of metal chairs and a reception counter that’s always got a lot of files and papers piled on it. We handle all sorts of cases, from simple fevers and coughs to more serious stuff that requires staying in one of the beds. The rooms are basic but we keep them as tidy as possible for the patients. S Kolathur has grown a lot lately, so we’ve been getting busier than we used to be. There’s no big corporate board of directors here, just the doctors and the management team trying to keep things running smoothly every day. We deal with the usual local stuff like power cuts or water issues by having our own backups ready. It’s a lot of responsibility to manage, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We just want to be the spot where people go when they aren't feeling well.
