This clinic is located on 3 Main Road over in Ramakrishna Nagar, Porur. Dr. K. Poongodi is usually the one you'll see here. It’s a straightforward setup. We do mostly physical therapy for people living around the Porur area. The space isn't huge, but we have what’s needed for the exercises and treatments. It can be a bit tricky to park on the main road sometimes, so keep that in mind if you're driving over. We see a lot of regulars who live right around the corner. Some days are packed and other days it’s pretty calm. We don't have a big front desk staff or anything like that. It’s more of a personal, small-scale operation. You walk in, wait your turn, and then we get to work on whatever is bothering you. We’ve seen everything from sprained ankles to people recovering from surgeries. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. It's not like those stiff hospitals. Just a regular place on a regular street. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into the Ramakrishna Nagar neighborhood. We’ve been here for a bit and know most of the shops around us. It’s just how we do things here in Porur. Most people just walk in after work or in the mornings to get their sessions done before the day starts.
