Sugam Hospital

We are situated at 349 Thiruvotriyur High Road, right here in Chennai. The hospital is in a very busy part of the city, and the street outside is almost always full of buses, cars, and people going about their business. Being near the High Court area means there is a lot of energy and noise all day long. The hospital building has been around for quite a while and has seen a lot of patients pass through its doors. We deal with all sorts of medical cases, from minor injuries to more serious illnesses that require a stay in one of our wards. It can get quite hot in Chennai, so we do our best to keep the fans going and the indoor areas as comfortable as we can manage. The staff works long hours, and you will often see nurses rushing between rooms with charts. It’s a functional place, not a five-star hotel, so things are focused on medical care rather than looking pretty. We have a pharmacy on-site too, which makes it easier for people to get what they need before they head home into the traffic. It’s a tough job running a hospital in such a crowded area, but we are used to the pace. Most of our staff have worked here for years and know how to handle the daily rush. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done.
