The office is located on Angappa Naickan Street in Parrys, and we've been in this spot for a long time. It’s an old building, previously marked as number 182 but now it’s 162. That’s how things go in this part of the city sometimes. My family started this business, and we've kept it running through various changes in the neighborhood. We deal with a lot of movement and logistics, mostly focusing on getting things where they need to go. It’s a very busy street with a lot of traffic and people moving around constantly. We don't have a big reception area or any fancy signs. It’s just desks, files, and people who know the trade well. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking on arrivals and departures. Parrys is the heart of commerce here, so it’s the right place for us even if the roads are narrow and crowded. You learn to work with the chaos after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that people in the area know by name. Sometimes the electricity goes or the internet acts up, but we find ways to keep the records straight and the customers informed. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do best. Every day is a little bit different, but the focus is always just to keep the business moving forward like my father did before me.
