Ganapathi Taste Makers

We've been running Ganapathi Taste Makers for a while now over on Appar Swamy Koil Street. Our place is No 64, right near Munusamy Naidu Plaza in Thiruvottiyur. It's a busy enough spot and we see a lot of people coming through this part of the neighborhood every day. Mostly, we just keep busy with the cooking and making sure everything is handled the way it should be. It isn't a fancy setup or anything like that, just a regular kitchen where we focus on what we do. People around here know the landmark, so finding us isn't too hard if you're familiar with the plaza area. We start early most mornings getting things ready. There is always a lot of cleaning and prepping to do before the real work begins. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the traffic outside, but that is just how it is in Thiruvottiyur. We don't spend much time on fancy office work or writing things down, we'd rather be back there working on the food. If you walk past No 64, you'll see us. We've been at this address for a bit and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It's just a local business trying to do its part and get through the day's orders. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine and stick to it. That's about all there is to say about what we do here.
