Premas Kitchen

Premas Kitchen is located over at Golden Enclave, Shop No 1. We are right on Poonamallee High Road in Kilpauk, 600010, which stays busy almost all day and night. Being near the J J Indoor Stadium means we get a lot of different people walking past our window. We started this small place because we wanted something of our own. Mostly, we are just cooking and packing things up. It’s a small shop, so there isn't much room for fancy stuff. We just focus on the food we make every morning. Sometimes the stove acts up or we run out of something, and one of us has to run out to the market quickly. That is just how a small kitchen works. We have a few regulars from the nearby offices who come in almost every day. It feels nice to know what they want before they even say it. We keep our place clean as much as we can. Kilpauk is a crowded area, and the noise from the high road never really stops. We are usually here from early morning till late evening. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day, but we are used to it by now. We don't do much advertising. People just see our sign at 184/275 Golden Enclave and stop by. It’s just a normal kitchen doing normal things for the local neighborhood here. We don't have some big corporate goal or a fancy website. It is just us, the pots, and the daily orders. We just keep at it every day.
