Our office is down in Chennai, at 67/6 Vtc Flats on Thiyagappa Street. It’s right in the Kilpauk Garden area, which is a fairly busy part of the city. The zip code is 600 010. We’ve been here for a long time, and the place has become very familiar to us. Rich Kwality Products is the name we use, but we don't really spend much time thinking about the branding side of things. We’re much more interested in the day-to-day operations. The office is actually part of a flat, so it has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. It’s not a sterile corporate environment at all. We have our files, our stock, and our desks all in one space. It gets a bit crowded sometimes, especially when we have a lot of deliveries coming in or out. The heat in Chennai can be quite something, so we’ve got some old fans that we keep running all day. It’s a very down-to-earth way of working. We don’t have any marketing experts telling us what to say. We just do the work, talk to our customers, and try to keep everything running smoothly. The local tea shop is where we usually end up in the afternoon for a quick break. It’s a simple life, and we’re happy with how things are. We just keep our heads down and do our best every single day.
