We are located at No.1926, 34Th Street, in the Ishwarya Colony part of Anna Nagar West. Aachi Masala Food (P) Ltd. has been operating from this I-Block location for quite a while now. Anna Nagar is a busy area, but our street is a bit tucked away, which helps with the daily operations. We focus on getting spices and food mixes ready for people to use in their kitchens. The building is always full of different scents from the ingredients we use. It’s a lot of work to keep everything organized, especially when we have big batches going through. The staff here are mostly local people who know their way around a kitchen. We don't have a corporate lobby with shiny floors; it's a working facility. Sometimes we run behind schedule when a machine acts up, but we always catch up. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, with more houses and shops popping up everywhere. We try to keep our footprint small and just focus on the task at hand. It’s a straightforward business. We buy the raw materials, process them, and send them out. There are no fancy brochures or high-pressure sales here. We just let the products speak for themselves.
