Sri Balaji Physiotherapy Clinic

We run Sri Balaji Physiotherapy Clinic over at Shenoy Nagar. The address is a bit confusing because it is Old No.63 but New No.12 on Arunachalam Street. Most of the long-time residents in Shenoy Nagar still use the old numbers, so we tell people both just to be safe. It’s a quiet enough street for a clinic. We mainly focus on helping people move better after they have had an injury or surgery. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don't have fancy machines that do everything for us; it is mostly about the exercises and the time we spend with each person. The clinic isn't very large, so it feels quite personal. You get to hear about everyone’s day while they are working on their recovery. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Shenoy Nagar is a nice area to work in. The building itself is older, which is why it has those two different numbers. We don't mind the age of the place as long as it stays clean and the patients are comfortable. It’s just a regular physiotherapy setup. No big corporate vibe here, just a small local business on Arunachalam Street. We open up in the morning, see our regulars, and help whoever else drops by with a sore back or a twisted ankle. It’s simple work but it’s important to the people around here. We just take it one patient at a time and try to help them get back to their normal life.
