Down here at number 54 in Nandambakam, things stay pretty busy. We’re tucked away in Kundrathur, and if you’re looking for us, you’ll probably hear the machines before you see the sign. It’s a working shop, so there’s always a bit of dust on the shelves and the smell of metal in the air. We don't spend much time worrying about how the front office looks because we’re usually out back dealing with the tools. The guys have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to know what needs doing next. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery gets delayed, and we just sit outside for a minute until things get sorted. It’s a local operation, nothing too corporate or complicated. We grew up around here, so we know the shortcuts and the best places to grab lunch when we’re in a hurry. The floor is concrete and stained from years of work, but that’s just how it is when you’re making things every day. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just show up, do the jobs that come in, and go home to our families when the shift ends. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us and the people in Nandambakam. We are just part of the local fabric here and we like it that way.
