Sowriraj Varma Hospital

We are located on Gandhi Road in the Alwarthiru Nagar area of Valasaravakkam. Our building is number 41/23a, right across from where the Mega Mart road is. It’s a fairly well-known spot in Chennai-600089, especially since we are near Sathiya Nagar and across from MGR Garden. We’ve been operating in this neighborhood for a long time now. The hospital is a busy place with people coming in from Ramapuram and the surrounding parts. We handle a variety of medical issues. It’s not a brand-new building, but it’s sturdy and serves the purpose. We have different wards and a place for people to wait. Sometimes it feels like the whole neighborhood is in here at once. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the patients who walk through the doors. The staff is mostly local people who know the area well. It’s a practical environment. We keep things running 24/7 because that’s what a hospital has to do. Finding us isn't hard if you look for the Mega Mart landmark. We just do our daily work, looking after the sick and the injured. It’s a bit old-fashioned in how we run things, but it works for the people who live around here. We have nurses on shifts and doctors who have been here for decades. The halls are often full of family members waiting for news. It’s a community hub in a way. We just keep doing what we do.
