Moons Collections

Our little shop is inside the Krishna Complex right on Mint Street. If you know Sowcarpet, you know how crowded it gets around here. We are up on the first floor. Moons Collections has been around for a bit, mostly dealing with the daily flow of customers looking for something specific. It’s a tight space, but we manage to fit everything in. Sometimes the stairs get blocked with boxes, but that’s just life in this building. We spend most of our time unpacking new stock and showing people what we have available. It’s a lot of folding and unfolding clothes. The lighting in the complex isn't the greatest, but we make it work. Most of our regulars just know where to find us by now. We don't really do much fancy advertising or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and see who comes through the door. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the small fans going full speed. Dealing with suppliers takes up a chunk of the morning. It’s a lot of talking and checking what arrives in the bundles. We just focus on keeping the shelves full and helping whoever walks in. It’s a simple way to run things, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. There's always something to organize or a customer to chat with while they look.
