Evershine Bags

Evershine Bags is located down at 67A Valli St in Sri Meenakshi Nagar. We are over in Valasaravakkam, here in Chennai. It is a quiet enough street most days, though things pick up when people are heading home from work. We have been making bags at this spot for quite a bit. The building isn't very new, and the paint is peeling a little in the corners, but it serves its purpose for us. Inside, it is mostly the sound of machines and people talking over the noise. We have rolls of material everywhere and sometimes it is hard to find a place to sit down and eat lunch. It is a local operation, nothing too big or complicated. Most of the people working here live nearby in the 600087 area code. We just try to get the orders done and out the door. We do not spend much time on the computer unless we have to. It is more about working with our hands. Sometimes the heat in Chennai gets to be a bit much, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. If you walk down Valli St, you can usually hear us working before you see the sign. It is just a regular business doing regular things. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We just make bags and keep the place running as best as we can. Every day is pretty much the same, and we like it that way.
