Soorya Poultry Farms is based out of Chennai, specifically in Villivakkam on M.T.H. Road. If you know the area, it's pretty busy around here. Our office at No. 82/197 is where we handle all the logistics for the poultry business. It’s not your typical farm setting since we are right in the city, but it works for getting things moved around. We’ve been at this for a while now, dealing with the daily routine of managing birds and making sure everything is running smoothly. It gets quite hot in Chennai, so that's always a big worry for anyone in the poultry line. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules to ensure the supplies are moving on time. It’s a lot of manual work and checking on details that most people don't think about when they buy their food. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the trade well. There’s always some noise from the traffic outside on the main road, but we’re used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just keeping the business steady for the people who buy from us.
