Our place is situated at 18/22, Thiru Nagar, right in the heart of Vadapalani here in Chennai. If you know the area, you know how busy the roads can get, especially with the temples and all the film studios nearby. We have been at this address for Sony India Pvt Ltd for quite a while now. It is not a very big or fancy office, just a regular space where we get our work done every day. We handle a lot of different things, from people coming in to ask about new TVs to those who need help with their gadgets. The Chennai heat is usually pretty intense, so we spend a lot of our day under the fans, just trying to stay cool and keep things moving. We do not use any of that polished marketing talk you hear in commercials. We are just local people working here, and we talk to our customers like normal neighbors. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with boxes and paperwork, but we know where everything is. The morning is usually quiet, but by the evening, the whole street is buzzing and we get a lot of walk-ins. We have been part of the Thiru Nagar community for years, and we have seen many changes in the neighborhood. We do not have a big plan or anything; we just show up and do our bit to help whoever walks through the door at 18/22.
