Sivanesan Company

Our office is at Ankur Manor, right on 182 P.H Road. It’s a well-known building in this part of town. Sivanesan Company isn't some new outfit; we've been around for quite a bit. P.H Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from the traffic outside our windows. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, but there’s always something going on. We handle a lot of administrative work here and coordinate with different people. The space is filled with files and old desks. We aren't into those modern open-plan offices you see on TV. We like things the way they are. It feels more comfortable. We have a small group of staff who handle the phones and the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when multiple things happen at once, but we manage. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a decade or more. We've seen the city change a lot from our spot on P.H Road. New buildings going up, old ones coming down. We just stay steady at 182. It's a convenient location for people to find us. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. We'd rather just talk to people directly. If you stop by, someone will usually offer you a glass of water and help you out. It’s just a regular business trying to do things the right way every day.
