We don’t have a fancy mission statement on the wall; we just have our daily lists of things to do. The corridors are wide, but they get crowded during visiting hours. You can hear the sounds of the road outside, which reminds us that we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a practical place built for a purpose. We deal with the usual issues like the heat and the crowds, but we just get on with it. Some of the equipment is newer than others, but it all gets the job done.
