Our place, Shri Lakshmi Agro Foods Pvt Ltd., is tucked away at No. 9 on N.N, Garden 10Th Street. It’s a bit of a quiet street compared to the main roads around here. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with agro-food products. It’s a lot of handling bags and making sure storage is kept right. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get the job done. 10Th Street has its own rhythm. We know the neighbors and they know us. Most of the day is spent checking quality and moving stock around. It’s not a corporate environment. We don't wear suits. Usually, it's just work clothes that can get a bit dirty. We have a small crew and we mostly just talk about the work as we go. Sometimes the deliveries are late, and we have to stay back. That's just how it goes with food. N.N Garden is a decent area for this kind of work. We’ve got enough space for what we do. We don't spend money on fancy signs. People find us when they need to. The office is small and usually filled with ledgers and sample bags. We don't have a big marketing department. We just do the daily tasks and go home. It’s a simple life at Shri Lakshmi Agro Foods. Just work and more work. We just try to stay honest and keep the grains moving without much fuss.
