If you know Park Town, you know how hectic Mint Street can get. Our place, Shri Ashok Agencies, is at number 302. It's right in the thick of all the wholesale shops and people moving goods back and forth. The office is on an upper floor, so it’s a little bit away from the direct noise of the street, but you can still hear the horns honking all day long. We have been in this location for a long time. It’s a traditional setup. We deal with various goods and supplies that come through the market. My uncle started this, and we’ve just kept it going the same way. There’s no fancy furniture or high-tech systems here. Just a few fans, some old wooden desks, and plenty of ledgers. We know most of the other shopkeepers on the street by name. Sometimes we share lunch or just chat about how the market is doing. It’s a busy life but it feels right being here. Getting deliveries in and out through the narrow lanes of Park Town is a challenge every single day, but we’ve got our own way of doing it now. We don't spend money on advertising or big displays. People find us through word of mouth or they just stumble upon us while they are in the area. That’s how we like it.
