We are located over at 82/61 Aspirin Garden on 2nd Street in Kilpauk. The name Aspirin Garden always makes people do a double take when they first hear it or see it on a map. It is a very specific part of Chennai and we have been operating out of here as Shree Shyam Polyfils Llp for a while now. The 600010 area code is home to us. It is usually quite hot, as you would expect for Chennai, so we keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through the 2nd street corridor. Our workspace is strictly functional. We have a lot of the polyfils material taking up most of the room which does not leave much space for anything else. It is not the kind of place you would come to for a tour. It is more of a gritty workspace where we manage the logistics and the daily grind of the business. The neighbors are a mix of other small businesses and some old residential spots. You can hear the city sounds and the horns all day long. We start early in the morning to avoid the worst of the midday heat. There is always something heavy to move or a pile of delivery notes to sort through. We do not have any fancy signs or a big corporate entrance with a receptionist. It is just a door on a street in Kilpauk where we do our thing. Some days are much busier than others depending on what is coming in or going out. We just handle it as it comes.
